Kindly refer to the Student Leadership Notice Board for the namelist of students involved in the Hosting of visitors in July. Please note there will be a briefing for all involved in the Conference Room this friday at 1:00pm. Attendance is compulsory.

Upcoming events in Term3
Dearest Leaders, there are many many upcoming events in term 3 and I will require your assistance,
1) Visitors from HK (60 Students) - Require 20 Sec 2/3
2) Visitors from Colette School (40) - Vietnam - Require 20 Sec 2/3 on 14 July
3) Visitors from DTD - Vietnam (20) - Require 20 Sec 2/3 on 18 to 20 July with home stay
4) Home work help at Hougang Pri on Wednesday 3pm to 4:30pm
5) School events like Youth day, Racial Harmony Day, National Day and Teachers Day etc etc.
6) Recreational Games Day ( to be organise by HLC camp 08 participants)
7) External Leadership courses/workshop
8) N1 school exchange programme (15 Sec 2 students)
9) Cheer Leading Competition
10) Etc etc etc
For school events I will paste it on the notice board as what you leaders had sign up at the beginning of the year. A copy will also be copy to the teacher in charge. Looking forward to a hectic but hopefully fruitful Term 3.

Last Minutes Pullout
Dear Leaders
This is to inform that you still have to pay for the camp fees IF you inform me at the last minute that you cannot attend for any reasons. Please bear in mind it almost impossible to find a replacement on the weekend before the camp. If you had no intention or if you know you have other more important committment you should have inform me EARLIER.
As in the real world when you book something and decided not to have it in the last minute there are definitely penalties involved. I will try to negotiate with the camp vendor BUT if they refused (it too late for them to change) then you will pay. The camp fees will be deducted through your edusave as those who attend.

Away from 9 to 13 June
Dear Leaders
Will be away from 9/6 to 13/6 with my Scouts deep in the jungle of Taman Negara. Consent and Edusave forms MUST be place it in my pigeon hole (Cheong Wai Tung pasted on it just in case u STILL don't know my name). Those new campers i approach w/o edusave forms don't worry. You will definitely get to pay from your edusave. :) Will give you the form when I am back.
Don't think you can reach me by phone (i'm in a JUNGLE) during the period stated above so if you have any queries just drop me an email or sms. Will reply to them ASAP when i'm back.

HLC graduating students
To all HLC graduating students, we are planning to do a HLC jacket specially for you and pls tell us whether u want the jacket anot it will be design by nabila and her friends and is mainly for you guys .pls pass the message around and be noted to pay bout 28++ for the jacket which is the brand of nike.u guys may email me or tell nabila whether you want anot.but when the design is out i will post on the blog to let u guys decide whether u guys wan anot.thks
